Service & Parts
At Venetor, there's more to it than getting the job done. We are committed to getting the job done safely. That's the reason we inspect every aerial lift,
crane and general contractor tool before each rental.
Our Service department provides in-shop and on-site service and repairs to all represented manufacturers' products. Our trained service technicians
receive anually a minimum of 50 hours of factory training on equipment repair and maintenance. Committed to minimizing downtime, our service technicians are
available to provide 24 hour emergency response.
Our full parts support network and extensive inventory ensure timely parts replacement and maximum uptime. We source and stock parts from all major equipment
manufacturers including JLG, Genie, Skyjack, Terex and Snorkel to meet your needs.
Training
Venetor provides Ministry of Labour recognized training for Aerials (Booms & Scissors) and Forklifts (Straight & Telescopic). Our training programs
include tutorials with videos, hands-on demonstration and testing. We also provide OSHA compliant hands-on safety awareness orientation at the job site for
aerial lifts.
